
In late November 2024, Sagaponack Farm Distillery hosted its first Farmers & Hunters Dinner β 120 people, three chefs, and everything sourced within a 20-mile radius.
Think a micro version of Outstanding in the Field, but hyperlocal in every sense. Farms, fishermen, foragers, hunters β all represented.
Every plate told a story about this land and the people who care for it.
The dinner showed how well you can live when you eat locally, connecting guests with the actual farmers and producers, and celebrating what this area really offers.
It was beautiful, personal, and it worked. So Sagaponack Farm Distillery is bringing it back.
This year's collaboration brings together Chef Andrew Mahoney, Alex Apparu, Robyn Henderson, Mattituck Mushrooms, and the Foster Farm to showcase what makes the East End extraordinary: six dishes, all locally sourced.
Expect fish, shellfish, beef, venison, and vegetables, plus local cheese and bread. Dessert is wild-foraged. Each ticket includes a signature cocktail or choice of winter beer from Springs Brewery. Non-alcoholic options available.
Here's your chance to meet the farmers, chefs, and producers behind the meal. Marilee and Dean Foster of Foster Farm and Sagaponack Farm Distillery will be pouring whiskey samples throughout the evening.
