Kouign-Amann is a sugar-flecked, croissant-like pastry. It’s a rustic classic from Brittany, France — not easy to spell, but unforgettable once you’ve had it. 

You can enjoy it plain. But sometimes we top ours with French crema and fresh berries, sometimes added inside, sometimes layered on top. 

This pastry is sweet, rich, chewy and unapologetically French.

A Must 💯

If you like pastries, and never heard of the Kouign-Amann before, give it a try. The alternative is a plane ticket to France – because you won’t find it anywhere else in the Hamptons.
