From Albert Delamour, of Michele Mariaud Gallery:
Tournesol is a little French restaurant in Long Island City, Queens, that’s completely different from your hurried bistro fare in NYC.
Opened for brunch, lunch and dinner, Tournesol is a place where people still like to cook.
NOTE: If paying by credit card, the restaurant only takes American Express.
50-12 Vernon Blvd, Long Island City, NY 11101, USA
Founded in 2005 by the late Michele Mariaud, the gallery was born from her belief that great contemporary art should be accessible to all. A Canadian-born pianist turned Paris marketing executive, Michele moved to New York, where she and her husband, artist and photographer Albert Delamour, transformed their SoHo loft into a vibrant art space.
Today, Albert continues her legacy of connecting people and art through joy, accessibility, and genuine connection.
