I have a membership at Core Dynamics in Watermill - it's the gym I've been going to since 2008.

They're a little more focused on functional movement and rehabilitation -- a little more on the private side -- and the trainers there are excellent.

The Trainers Make the Difference

If somebody were to need a trainer for functional movement, that is a place I would highly recommend.

The trainers there, João Monteiro and Jim O'Hagan the owner especially, are very good at functional movement work.

If you have anything you need to work on - general wellness, well-being, particular injury recovery or rehabilitation - they're great for that.
