Springtide is blooming at Sagaponack Farm Distillery on Saturday, April 26th from 2β6 PM, and itβs not your average makers market.
Curated by Nicole Delma of Local Wool Company, this open-air gathering pairs inventive cocktails with one-of-a-kind craftsmanship β creating an afternoon that feels equal parts spring garden party and artisan salon.
Expect bold hues, intimate moments, and a rare peek behind the curtain as local artisans trade studio time for sun-drenched connection on the farm.
We will also have Mattitaco - farm- to-food truck tacos in an Airstream, parked right at the Distillery.
πΎ Local Wool Company β Nicoleβs hand-dyed, hand-spun wool pieces β from sweaters to skeins β are sourced from farms across New York and transformed through her natural dyeing process. Youβll get to see it in action, with live dye baths and the chance to dip-dye T-shirts on-site.
πΈ Sag Harbor Florist β Anastasia brings in a spring chorus of North Fork tulips, sweet peas, and peonies, offering potted blooms, single stems, and make-your-own bouquets. A lush, fragrant moment for any floral enthusiast β and a window into her sustainably-minded process.
π§Ό Southampton Soap Company β Debβs small-batch soaps are infused with herbs, botanicals, and this time, a collab with Sag Harbor Florist β capturing petals and scent in bar form. Itβs East End elegance, distilled.
π« Disset Chocolates - Also find handcrafted chocolates from the North Fork.
The cocktails are as vivid as the flowers and the wool:
πΉ A yellow-chartreuse turmeric sparkler
πΈ A magenta-hued beet elixir
π A violet tea potion that shifts from purple to pink when lemon is added β an alchemical transformation in a coupe glass. Mocktail versions? Absolutely.
Springtide is a celebration designed to highlight the people and processes behind beautiful and delicious things.
