Valentine's Day Card Making

There's no longer a need for that last-minute Valentine's Day card run.

East Hampton artist Julia Nunez Kearns is leading a hands-on session where you'll create your own Valentine's Day cards using line drawings, lettering blocks, and found photos.

Bring your own image (laser-printed, single color, high contrast) or use what's provided. You'll burnish the transfers with eucalyptus oil onto heavyweight cardstock or watercolor paper. All materials included.

Art Social is a monthly gathering at Guild Hall. Each month discover a new technique. No experience necessary — just show up and create something with others.

Inside Tip 📌

From Guild Hall: "Image transfer using pure eucalyptus oil is considered a non-toxic method safe for indoor use in a well-ventilated areas. If you are sensitive to strong smells, it is recommended to bring a mask."
