A fashionable Roman girlfriend swore by this place called Pez Tortilla. We already love that it is in the Chueca district, next door to Salamanca, but totally hipper and cooler.

You go for their runny tortillas, and craft beer selection.

There are several branches now. We were told to go to the original, at Calle del Pez 36.
