Recently Discovered

Gotham's been something that's been recently introduced to me, even though I live here in Bridgehampton. They do a great job there. The space is wonderful. The teachers there are both excellent. Classes are great and a little more on a personal side as well. They do both group classes and one-on-ones there.

From Powerlifting to Boxing

I used to do kickboxing at the UFC gym in Soho in the city and commute in for that. Boxing by itself is a new discipline to me and it's nice to step out of my comfort zone and go from being on the heels of my feet in powerlifting and being quite grounded to literally being on the balls of my feet for boxing. A very different skill set and discipline.

Why Try Something New

I like to mix up my pursuits and try different things. I'm always up for trying something new and stepping outside of my comfort zone.
