From Irene, Onda Marketing & PR:
When in Sevilla, I always suggest Casa Pepe Hillo. Itβs classic Andalusian tapas β white brick walls, bull heads, and all. The location is perfect: just two minutes from the river and right by the bullfighting ring. You can take a walk along the river or even rent a kayak before heading in for lunch.
Itβs traditional, no-frills, and the flavors are so honest. I like the patatas bravas, but what I really love is anything pork.
My favorite? El Lagartito β itβs the meat between the ribs of the pork, and itβs the juiciest. They grill it with thick salt and thatβs it. No sauce needed β itβs that good.
