Words to describe? One friend says:
Amazing seafood, possibly better percebes (AKA gooseneck barnacles) than found in Galicia. Everything is flown in direct. All presented in a modern and upscale industrial setting.
And of course, expensive.
Plan ahead. They are closed Sun/Mon, which is what happened to us.
