Duddell's is fabulous. I fell in love the first moment I stepped into the space.
The restaurant on the third floor is gorgeous and now has a Michelin star, but you go to Duddell's for its salon and expansive outdoor garden terrace on the fourth floor.
It's a grand oasis right in the middle of Central, but away from all the noise and the hubbub as it is located on a side street (1 Duddell) right off the main drag in a building that formerly housed the flagship store of Shanghai Tang.
Duddell's is a must. Go let afternoon or early evening to the 4th floor Upper Room and Terrace to relax with cocktail and a few pieces of sumptuous dimsum. Wear linen, so you can sit outside.
