We at Page didn’t want to do happy hour just to do it and serve cheap wine. That’s not so happy in my opinion. Instead, we built flatbreads that took off — sausage, fig and prosciutto, mushroom, and a classic Margherita.
At $10 for a Margherita Pizza, they’re a steal in the Hamptons. It started casually but now people come just for them.
