On Sunday, May 25th, Dan's Papers transforms Southampton Arts Center into a rosé lover's paradise — and Water Mill's Alpina Swiss Bakery is bringing an unexpected Alpine twist to the event with four distinctive creations
1. Mini Bürli with Gruyère and Bündnerfleisch:
Delicate sourdough rolls topped with premium Gruyère cheese and traditional dried meat — a sophisticated take on Swiss comfort food.
2 Laugenstange (Soft Pretzel Sticks):
Artisanal pretzel sticks with that distinctive Swiss touch, perfect for pairing with crisp rosé.
3. Biberli:
A childhood favorite of co-owner Christoph — delicate gingerbread filled with light, fluffy almond center. Not your heavy gingerbread, but an elegant, nuanced treat.
4. Zuger Kirschtorte:
A stunning pink vanilla cake made with almond liqueur-infused buttercream and topped with powdered sugar in artistic patterns. Visually striking and absolutely delicious.
