Chef Nick Reisini, the co-founder of Honest Plate in Hampton Bays, is hosting a two-night dining experience at his cafe on Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 PM.
This is your chance to meet the chef behind one of the East End's most innovative meal delivery services while enjoying his signature health-forward cooking.
Chef Nick, former head chef at Tutto il Giorno and Dopo La Spiaggia, will be serving butter lettuce salad, cod cakes with remoulade, fluke crudo, asparagus risotto, labneh and steamed artichokes -- along with treats like homemade brownies, olive oil cake slices and a gluten-free berry crumble.
The menu is built around simple, high-quality ingredients that reflect his commitment to clean eating, East End produce, and a sustainable meal delivery approach.

Chef Nick Reisini discovered his culinary calling at an early age and worked his way from deli worker to prep cook to head chef at acclaimed Hamptons restaurants such as Tutto il Giorno and Dopo La Spiaggia.
In 2020, he founded Honest Plate, a cafรฉ and meal delivery service based in Hampton Bays and serving the entire East End.
Chef Nick combines his restaurant expertise with a commitment to zero-waste practices, creating clean, locally-sourced cuisine for individual clients and corporate catering.
