Our friend Rachael Petach makes this beautifully complex cassis liqueur up in Germantown, Hudson Valley, under her Current Cassis brand. It’s fermented, full of flavor, delicious, and for sale at Sagaponack Farm Distillery.

Rachael has been in food and hospitality for years (she ran events at The Bowery Hotel) and brings all that depth to this bottle.

CC salt is part of Rachael’s Current Cassis brand and it holds the same magic. Rachel infuses her CC Salt with cassis vapor, giving it this subtle fruity finish and a deep pink hue. It’s a total standout on a Bloody Mary, or just sprinkled over something that needs a little extra.
