Chef Cleon Clarke is Jamaican, and brings his personal touch to our menu. I’ve been to Jamaica a few times myself — and I’ve always loved the food. Now that influence is part of what we do here. Right now, we’re serving a Jerk Chicken Sandwich at lunch, and it’s delicious. And we'll change it up to something else when the season changes. His flavors make sense here.
Like Jamaica, Sag Harbor is connected to the waters around it – it’s why our menu feels like it pulls from around the world, but still belongs right here.
