If you’re craving Italian, we send people to DOPO. They’ve got locations in Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor, and Southampton — so wherever your night takes you, you’re covered.

The food is consistently good, and they do an excellent job across the board.

The marinara sauce is a standout — fresh, light, and full of basil flavor. We’ve had it with calamari and with pasta, and both are fantastic. You can taste that it’s made in-house, not from a jar.

Inside Tip 🪄

We love the Sag Harbor one -- DOPO La Spiaggia -- because of that big family table in the back. It just makes the night feel easy and fun — and you end up meeting all kinds of interesting people. And you hear stories, and you're like, “Oh, you shouldn't be saying that in the restaurant.” 😂
