Participating East End restaurants include Cowfish (Hampton Bays), Shippy's (Southampton), Calissa Hamptons (Water Mill), Bistro Été (Water Mill), Bridgehampton Inn & Restaurant (Bridgehampton), LDV at The Maidstone (East Hampton), Fresno (East Hampton), Nick & Toni's (East Hampton), and Page (Sag Harbor).
