Seeing Reds

We’ve got a great relationship with our friends at Macari. It’s a big vineyard, beautiful property, and they’ve got a pizza truck going too. I’m not a big drinker, but when I do drink, it’s always red — and Macari’s reds are solid.

Inside Tip 📌

I drink red wine just because I can't take the acids in white wines. So whenever I drink white wine, I make it into a white wine spritzer. It’s great, and it mellows out the acids if you are sensitive like me.
