Weβve got a great relationship with our friends at Macari. Itβs a big vineyard, beautiful property, and theyβve got a pizza truck going too. Iβm not a big drinker, but when I do drink, itβs always red β and Macariβs reds are solid.
I drink red wine just because I can't take the acids in white wines. So whenever I drink white wine, I make it into a white wine spritzer. Itβs great, and it mellows out the acids if you are sensitive like me.
