Where It All Began

Our first restaurant was Green Hill Kitchen in Greenport, New York. It came out of my work on the Food Network – traveling the country, shooting shows like Beat Bobby Flay, Chopped, and Deep Fried Masters. That’s where I developed a real appreciation for Americana and the complexity of barbecue.

Green Hill is our version of that: fun and relaxed, but with food done at a high level. The vibe is cool and easy, the barbecue’s legit, and everything’s made to share. If you’re there with friends, I always recommend getting one of our big barbecue platters. It comes with all the sides and corn tortillas, because any of our meats make a great taco. And the tortillas are made in-house as well.

We’re always expanding our whiskey selection and putting together a proper whiskey book. Our cocktail team takes their craft seriously and keeps us ahead of the curve.

Sound On

The music scene on the East End is just incredible. The amount of talent that we have here is amazing.

Kidd Squid Brewing Co. in Sag Harbor is one of the places that has become really a mainstay for showcasing really great music. And we want to become the same.

We are one of the main venues on the North Fork for live music that can provide the musicians with a full PA system - drum kit, amplifier, bass amp… - and a sound engineer.

Little-Known Fact

We have the old sound system from the legendary Stephen Talkhouse in Amagansett. When they upgraded to a fancy system seven years ago, we bought their old system.
