The Pace Gallery in London hosts solid solo exhibitions, helps keeps you current on world artists, and sits in a prime shopping and strolling location.
We also find it makes a great alternative to museums if time is pressing and - with just a ground floor and basement space - doesn't take long to get your fill of culture.
While the pieces are priced for a discerning clientele, the exhibits are free for all.
Our first trip there we walked among large pieces by Japanese Neo-Pop sensation Yoshitomo Nara.
The show was so good we went back again before it ended. That was a few years back but the exhibition and the space left a lasting impression.
Shows do quickly rotate at the London Pace -- so, on the bright side, you'll always see a fresh display.
Featured artists have included American textile artist artist Yto Barrada, Chinese painter Mao Yan; Cuban painter Alejandro PiΓ±eiro Bello; and American sculptor Genesis Belanger.
And if you don't like what you see (but we think you will), you can always grab a drink at Fam's, tour Saville Row or pick up a gift at Fortnum & Mason.
