From Chef Nick Reisini, of Honest Plate:
I'm not a scientist, but I like to read and research. In natural springs β which you really don't see much anymore β water has structure. Under a microscope, it's got hexagonal patterns like snowflakes. Once it gets filtered and bottled, there's no structure left. Your water becomes just liquid that's not doing anything for you.
I'm testing this Analemma Water Wand that contains mother water β structured water from natural springs. Supposedly, you can restructure regular water by stirring it with this wand, making it more absorbable and cellularly available. That's the theory I'm exploring.
Recent research suggests hydrogen is the only molecule small enough to breach cell walls and supercharge your mitochondriaβyour body's batteries. You can try it with $2 tablets or this $320 Echo Flask that rehydrogenates water automatically. I'm curious about both.
I don't really believe in selling water to people. Water should be free. We have a really nice filter here and I make mother water every time we filter. If you come here, you can have mother water for free in a mason jar.
This is more about education than selling you lunch. Water optimization is foundational to everything else we're doing with health and longevity.
Come try the mother water for free, learn about these technologies, and decide if it works for you.
