Drops to Drink
I'm not a scientist, but I like to read and research. In natural springs — which you really don't see much anymore — water has structure. Under a microscope, it's got hexagonal patterns like snowflakes. Once it gets filtered and bottled, there's no structure left. Your water becomes just liquid that's not doing anything for you.
Experimenting with Mother Water
I'm testing this Analemma Water Wand that contains mother water — structured water from natural springs. Supposedly, you can restructure regular water by stirring it with this wand, making it more absorbable and cellularly available. That's the theory I'm exploring.
Testing Hydrogen Water
Recent research suggests hydrogen is the only molecule small enough to breach cell walls and supercharge your mitochondria—your body's batteries. You can try it with $2 tablets or this $320 Echo Flask that rehydrogenates water automatically. I'm curious about both.
Our Philosophy

Chef Nick Reisini discovered his culinary calling at an early age and worked his way from deli worker to prep cook to head chef at acclaimed Hamptons restaurants such as Tutto il Giorno and Dopo La Spiaggia.
In 2020, he founded Honest Plate, a café and meal delivery service serving the entire East End.
