This is a non-traditional take on the traditional cordial and a very handy staple at the bar. Its wheat base is infused with rhubarb, local honey and dried orange peel. It is a little sweet, a little sour and a little bitter.
Our Rhubarb Liqueur is made with just four ingredients: wheat vodka, local honey, orange peel, and rhubarb from our farm. It’s got an old-timey charm – a little tart, a little sweet, and totally unexpected.
This isn’t one of those sticky-sweet liqueurs that hits like cough syrup. The rhubarb hangs back, the honey softens it, and it finishes clean.
It’s off the beaten path, definitely nostalgic, and somehow still really versatile. The kind of flavor that brings you back – like your grandmother’s rhubarb pie, or a perfume you forgot you remembered.
We love it as a Campari or Aperol swap in a spritz. And honestly, it’s also great just as a splash in some seltzer.
