Our last Chef’s Dinner was inspired by the Sen team’s trip to Hudson Valley Farms and Dassai Blue Brewery, bringing those flavors straight back to the table.

You get to meet the farmers and craft brewers (whom we usually host overnight in Sag Harbor) and expect conversations about the ingredients, deep dives into technique, the cuts of meat, and an experience unlike any other, all in an intimate, private setting.
