Unexpected Treasure

One of our philosophies at Armin & Judy is to be creative with common ingredients, and find ways to repurpose remnant items rather than discard them. It’s also the French way of living.

The La Curiosa tinned mussels we offer here are delicious and contain tasty oil that can be transformed into an amazing salad dressing.

Inside Tip 📌

Take some nice greens, and mix in some scallions or onions. Add in the La Curiosa mussels in spicy marinade from the tin. Then grab yuzu or some really popping acidic vinegar and whip it up with the oil left in the tin to make an aioli. 

Toss it all up and eat it. 

It’s fabulous. You'll lose your mind.
