All of Barryville General's prepared foods come from Chef Nick Reisini and his company Honest Plate.

Nick is a longtime Hamptons chef (x-Dopo and Tutto) who recently opened his own kitchen in Hampton Bays. Everything is organic, top quality and super delicious. We have a catering program through them, as well as meal prep options. And Nick's the sweetest guy in the world.

I like his chicken salad or tuna salad, both on Big Fresh bread. 

Also, try the grilled chicken with feta and tomato salad, and definitely the soups.

Nick's chicken vegetable soup is already a Hamptons classic. It's organic chicken and vegetables, lots of dill — the best tasting soup you've had since when you're a kid. The chicken soup has people driving from East Hampton and North Fork to get it. We sell it hot and in mason jars.
