The views from the bar - run by Deborah Lee - are worth the climb.

The inventive drinks, with cinema-related names, are delicious.

Inside Tip 📌

The lounge just before The Green Room - the one with the door to the right - used to be Bill Collage's office.

He wrote Emancipation in that room, looking out onto Sag Harbor, and sold the script to Sony and Will Smith for a reported $200 million.

Not bad for a space next to the bar.

This card is by Jesse Matsuoka, a Hamptons resident of over 25 years. Jesse is a sake sommelier, Tip Top Hospitality partner, and co-owner of Sen, a legendary Japanese restaurant in Sag Harbor. Jesse was born in Manhattan, grew up in Tokyo, Hawaii, and Sag Harbor, and is now married to a third-generation Montauker.
