Sagaponack Farm Distillery’s Summer Whiskey is a light, easygoing spirit made from 80% Sagaponack-grown oats and 20% malted barley, aged for five years in new American oak. With warm layers of cherry, honey, and brown sugar, it’s made for the sun-splashed season – though it drinks beautifully year-round, too.

Our Summer Whiskey is made from oats, a summer crop, and it was created to feel that way – light, drinkable, and easy, like the breeze off the dunes or the sound of a fire crackling by the beach.

We didn’t go heavy on the age. It’s a younger whiskey, and we wanted that to come through in the flavor – more playful, a little brighter, not the brooding kind you save for cold nights.

Even the label is different – a beach scene. That was intentional. We wanted the bottle to feel like what’s inside: warm sun, salty air, a soft landing.

Ask for it neat, or open it up with just a drop of water (not ice!) – it brings out a whole new side. This one’s made for bonfire sipping, right after a swim or just before sunset.
