A Local Favorite
Right down the street from the Bridgehampton Inn is Yama-Q, a Japanese restaurant that has been here for years.
They make the best tempura — light, delicious, and well-flavored.
They’ve got their regular menu items, but they’re always adding fun seasonal touches, too.
The other day I was there and they had white asparagus tempura. I thought, “Eh, asparagus doesn’t usually have much going on,” but it was fantastic.
