Where Jesse, co-owner of Sen restaurant in the Hamptons, goes in NYC:
When I go into the city, I usually hit a ramen bar. One of my go-to spots is Tonchin, right by Koreatown. Fantastic ramen. Itβs one of those places where the food always hits the spot, and of course, itβs not easy to just walk in.
You either go right when they openβand thereβs already a lineβor youβve got to lock in a reservation. But itβs worth it. Really, really good ramen.
