Where Jesse, co-owner of Sen restaurant in the Hamptons, goes in NYC:
When I go into the city, I usually hit a ramen bar. One of my go-to spots is Tonchin, right by Koreatown. Fantastic ramen. Itās one of those places where the food always hits the spot, and of course, itās not easy to just walk in.
You either go right when they openāand thereās already a lineāor youāve got to lock in a reservation. But itās worth it. Really, really good ramen.
