Roman Roth, of Wölffer Estate Vineyard in Bridgehampton, is amazing.

He's a great person and a great winemaker.

He always says, “If I only aged half as well as my wines do.”

Luca, his assistant winemaker, is great too.

The wines here are excellent, and the space is beautiful.
