Sagaponackβs Farm Distilleryβs potato vodka is made from estate-grown Katahdin potatoes, pulled straight from our Sagaponack soil. Itβs creamy, a little sweet, and full-bodied β dense and smooth with subtle aromatics, much like the land weβve farmed for generations.
Each bottle is made from 20 pounds of local potatoes. We mash and macerate our low-yield, mineral-rich spuds to extract every last drop. Imagine a big pile of potatoes reduced down to a single bottle β thatβs the scale, and the care, behind each pour.
This vodka is our Farmβs pride and joy. Milky, creamy, almost fatty in the best way β and that richness shines in a martini. We like it with just a touch of vermouth and a little olive brine. It binds together beautifully β no need for juice or syrups here. Itβs also a go-to for Bloody Mary's thanks to that minerality.
The vermouth we use at the Tasting Room is Vervino, from Channing Daughters Winery up the street.
