Sagaponack’s Farm Distillery’s potato vodka is made from estate-grown Katahdin potatoes, pulled straight from our Sagaponack soil.

It’s creamy, a little sweet, and full-bodied – dense and smooth with subtle aromatics, much like the land we’ve farmed for generations.

The Ultimate Mash-Up

Each bottle is made from 20 pounds of local potatoes. We mash and macerate our low-yield, mineral-rich spuds to extract every last drop. Imagine a big pile of potatoes reduced down to a single bottle – that’s the scale, and the care, behind each pour.

Perfect for Martinis

This vodka is our Farm’s pride and joy. Milky, creamy, almost fatty in the best way – and that richness shines in a martini. We like it with just a touch of vermouth and a little olive brine. It binds together beautifully – no need for juice or syrups here. It’s also a go-to for Bloody Mary's thanks to that minerality.
