I'm a big fan of Honest Man Hospitality — that's the Nick & Toni’s crew, Coche Comedor, Rowdy Hall, La Fondita, and Townline BBQ. 

Coche, their Mexican restaurant, is always a lot of fun. 

I just had a lunch over at Rowdy Hall in Amagansett. Their fish and chips were fabulous. They also have these rillettes that you can mix and match, which I think are really great.
