A Double(s) Take

I love Almond for dinner, but if I’m out and about in Amagansett, I’m heading straight to Doubles. It’s tucked into the back of Amagansett Square and feels like this little hidden Caribbean moment. My daughter loves it too — it’s one of her favorites.

Double(s) Up

The thing to get? The doubles. I’m not even totally sure how to describe them — kind of like potato pancakes, kind of like dumplings. They’re a flatbread - soft, flavorful, and just so good. They’ve also got amazing salads, smoothies and bowls. You feel like you stumbled onto something low-key and special.

Double’s is super casual, really easy. It’s one of those spots where everyone seems happy.

Inside Tip

Go during the day, sit outside if the weather’s nice, and get the doubles. Maybe a salad too. You’ll want to go back.
