L&W Market is the perfect place for prepared foods when you're in Bridgehampton. My son is absolutely obsessed with their fried rice, so whenever I'm in the area, I can grab that for an easy dinner or lunch for him. It's one of those reliable favorites that makes mealtime simple during busy summer days or after a long beach session.

Seasonal Staples & Famous Mac

Their soups are consistently excellent in the off-season - I'm always picking up a container when the weather turns cooler. 

But perhaps their most famous offering is the mac and cheese. 

When we visit family in Massachusetts, we always bring L&W's mac and cheese with us. 

It's become such a staple that whenever people hear we're coming from the Hamptons, they specifically request the Almond mac and cheese.

It's definitely an adult version - they use this special sauce that elevates it beyond ordinary versions. 

It's so beloved that it's our standard contribution for Thanksgiving gatherings. 

Before L&W opened, we used to ask Jason (from Almond restaurant) to make us a tray of it specially.
