As for dinner in the city, for me it's still Indochine, Odeon, and Raoul's β they're the best at what they do.
They're what everyone else has tried to imitate.
Indochine is Vietnamese, Raoul's is French, and Odeon is French Bistro.
These restaurants are relevant because they haven't changed β they got it right the first time and stuck with it.
Whatever was baked into the original dishes, they're still serving β and that goes for the experience and the vibe.
