Bourbon On and On

Sagaponack Farm Distillery’s bourbon is made entirely from estate grown grains. It is 73% Silvermine corn, 17% malted rye, 10% malted barley. We’ve selected three barrels, aged for 4 years 4 months, for our first limited-release bourbon. It has aromas of dark cherry and caramel and hint of vanilla. Take a sip for some sweet spice and delicate earthy notes. This bourbon is made with old fashioned, non-hybrid corn varieties that are rich in flavor and nutrients. At 47.0 ABV, we love its long, easy finish.

You’ll adore our bourbon: it’s sweet, smooth, and surprisingly light on its feet.

You’ll taste the freshly-milled corn immediately. It comes through clean and strong, but not in a way that burns. This bourbon glides through with warmth and character – no sting, no fuss.
