This is our award-winning Aquavit. Caraway, dill & cilantro fresh from our fields are captured in this smooth and strangely elegant potato based spirit. It makes the simplest cocktails memorably complex.

We macerate the botanicals, distill them, and let them rest before bottling. The result is a bold spirit that stands up in a cocktail or sips beautifully neat.

This Aquavit hits hard – in the best way. It’s like liquid rye bread, deeply caraway-forward, dill-heavy, and unapologetically bold.

This drink was created by our distiller, who came to the Hamptons after 25 years as a brewmaster in Utah City. 

Aquavit was one of the things he always wanted to make – a personal, refined, old-world spirit that now lives in our lineup, while also winning its fair share of awards.
