Most shops stick to single brands because real estate costs force you to play it safe. Eric, Sharone and I have the luxury of experience — we can prioritize passion over profit and create something independent with our own spin.

Who We're For 

Quality comes first, always. But everything here reflects our taste — we're personally connected to every piece. You might find a one-of-a-kind reworked sweatshirt from Trans Nomadica or a classic $90 military chino from Stan Ray. Whether you're 24 and heading out for the night or 65 and poolside with family, you'll recognize quality when you see it.

But anybody can wear it —a cool girl walks in and she can wear it a little slouchy.

Most people who walk through our door immediately get it — this place makes sense to them.

Fashion got too serious. We're injecting joy back through color and bold prints — like Portuguese Flannel that work for any age – as well as our vibe. We're bringing upstate's casual, natural energy out east, which makes sense since I'm from upstate and Eric and Sharon first started Barryville General in the Catskills.

Come browse with zero pressure. After 30 years in wholesale, I know that if I'm doing my job right, you'll want to buy something.
