All of Rosie’s coffee — whether ordered inside or from the front window — comes from Brooklyn-based Café Integral.
The espresso is smooth and medium-bodied, made with beans from small farms in Nicaragua. It’s never bitter, just clean and full of flavor. The drip is also Nicaraguan but shifts every 6 to 8 weeks, depending on the farms and blends in season — so the first notes and finish always evolve.
Add to that New Milk’s on-site oat and almond milks, blended fresh daily, and you’ve got a coffee window that provides the perfect cup. See card below on the milk!
Rosie’s sells their house espresso beans in Rosie-branded bags. Ask at the counter if you want to bring the blend home — it’s the same one that powers their entire program.
