We do a shrimp green curry dish served with sticky rice thatās become iconic here. Sometimes we do an Indian yellow curry. Our chefās Jamaican heritage ensures that we know our curry.
Curry is a comfort food across the globe ā it traveled ship-to-shore and always tied places together. It connects with paprika and our Middle-Eastern spiced dishes as well.
