K Pasa opened in June 2019. When COVID hit, we pivoted -- taco kits, batch margaritas by the liter, selling straight out the window. The response? Huge.
Now with the pandemic behind us, K Pasa is going strong, open every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and 10 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. Summer hours -- and of course Cinco de Mayo weekend -- will stretch longer!
K Pasa leans into modern Latin flavors. There’s a Cheeseburger Empanada, because why not? The kids love it, the adults love it, and it’s one of a kind.
In our early days, we brought in a consultant from Mexico City -- a chef with Michelin-starred experience -- who gave us some really cool recipes.
One of the best things he gave us? Our Bell Pepper Salsa, sweetened with smoked molasses that gives it real deep flavor. It’s directly from Mexico City kitchens. Some people say it’s "not traditional," but it literally came from there.
Our Head Chef Miguel worked at Sen for years, even in the sushi bar, so you’ll find that influence here too. His Salmon Wonton Tacos -- fresh salmon, ponzu marinade, crispy wonton shell -- are the perfect marriage of Latin and Japanese flavors. Easily one of our most popular dishes.
We’re not about strict tradition. We’re about evolution, inspiration, and flavor.
From 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day, K Pasa is there for you from breakfast to nightcap.
