K PASA created two hot sauces: the "OG" Carrot and Habanero, and the "Fiesta" Mustard and Habanero.

Both are packed by a priest in Pennsylvania — yes, a priest — after the restaurant personally vetted the facility to ensure the recipes stayed true. Call it heavenly sauce.

These aren't shelf decorations—they're what you reach for on breakfast tacos, Mexican burgers, and anything else that needs fire.

A Bonus Stuffer

K PASA's Jali Jam — a sweet and spicy jalapeño jam made with jalapeños, sugar, and vinegar (no other fruit).

Kumiso in East Hampton uses it on their tuna tortilla pizza. You can add it to anything with cheese or cream cheese or put it on toast and treat it like elevated peanut butter and jelly. It works.
