Make 'Em Laugh

Comedian Paul Anthony and national headliner Mick Thomas lead a Stand-Up Comedy Seminar from 1 - 3 PM for anyone looking to sharpen their comedy chops.

The workshop covers getting stage time, building your brand, writing and performing material, networking in the comedy world, dealing with hecklers, submitting to festivals, preparing for auditions, and staying motivated.

Whether you're already doing open mics or just thinking about it, this is a practical afternoon of craft-building.

Morning Workshops

The day starts earlier with two youth sessions led by Education Director Bethany Dellapolla.

Theatre Games Hour (10-11 AM) gets ages 7-10 moving, improvising, and storytelling through games and group activities.

Improv Games Hour (11 AM-12 PM) brings ages 11-14 into character creation, ensemble work, and the joy of "yes—and!"

Both are $15 for new students, free for returning Bay Street students.
