About Jesse

This card comes from Jesse Matsuoka — a longtime Hamptons local, co-owner of Sag Harbor’s legendary Japanese restaurant Sen, and a partner at Tip Top Hospitality. A certified sake sommelier, Jesse was born in Manhattan and raised between Tokyo, Hawaii, and Sag Harbor. He’s called the East End home for more than 25 years and is married to a third-generation Montauker.
