Start With Intention

Dragon Hemp Apothecary is hosting a morning wellness experience for HarborFrost -- a calm reset before Sag Harbor’s full-day celebrations.


At 11 AM, Shamanic Reiki Master Marissa Kerwin leads a cacao ceremony paired with Reiki. Cacao has long been used for its heart-opening, grounding qualities, and combined with Reiki, it’s a gentle reset for body and mind.


From 12 to 2 PM, intuitive card readings offer reflection and guidance for the year ahead.


Then step outside feeling centered and ready for ice sculptures, fire dancers, and the evening fireworks.
