From Rory, Kidd Squid Brewing Co, Sag Harbor, NY:
After visiting Borough Market, I usually keep walking west along the South Bank.
Iâll pass the Tate Modern, then cross the river to St. Paulâs â itâs just a short loop, five minutes tops.
Or you can keep going past the Tate Modern on the southside to the Southbank Skatepark, which is great if youâve got kids.
Then on the North side of the Thames, you can wander through this great area called the Mews. It's a really cool residential area that, back in the day, was a collection of equestrian stables.
The Undercroft beneath the Queen Elizabeth Hall at Southbank Centre has been a cornerstone of British skateboarding culture since the 1970s. This iconic space, characterized by its concrete ledges and pillars, is open to the public at all times, and is a really interesting community, even if you are not a skateboarder.
