Afternoon Session: Meet the Master

Saito-san doesn’t come to the Hamptons often. So when the 27th-generation Toji (brewmaster) of Hiraizumi Honpo — a brewery perfecting sake since 1487 — visits Sag Harbor, you clear your calendar.

From noon to 2 PM, Sen opens its doors for complimentary tastings, education, and edification with the master himself.

Evening Evolution: The Full Experience

By 5 PM, Sen transitions into something more intimate. Its chef has crafted a five-course menu sake pairing dinner designed to showcase and complement Saito-san’s Boken Sake selections.

Expect dishes like East End oysters with yuzu granita, hokkaido scallops, and wagyu kushiyaki all meeting pours drawn from 500 years of brewing tradition.

At $125 with sake pairings (including tax and gratuity), this special dinner is a genuine celebration of craft, culture, and the art of sake.
