I listen to a lot of EDM. There's a group called Above and Beyond, and they do a show every Friday called Group Therapy. They basically play all the hottest stuff on the scene every Friday. You can get it on podcasts.

Literally every Saturday morning when I wake up, it's what I put on. Then I'm listening to variations of that throughout the week.

For Long Kitchen Sessions

When I'm doing a prep session for an event, I'm usually in the kitchen by myself for seven or eight hours. EDM is perfect because it's kind of monotone in a way - it's all the same rhythm, but it just keeps me focused. I could listen to EDM all day and just prep along with it.

Inside Tip 🪄

There's this one guy featured on Group Therapy called Rezident - that's with a Z instead of an S. He's doing some really nice, down-tempo stuff that's perfect for working.
