There's a really lovely restaurant in Copenhagen — Geranium. Eighth floor of the National Football Stadium. It's great for the staff there because the back wall of the kitchen is just open glass and it looks over the football stadium, so they can just see all the soccer games for free.
The sommelier was amazing, very friendly, but the food was incredible. Modern Danish, mostly seafood related. A really seafood-focused menu, focusing on the local bounty there. Everything was exceptional. The decor is much brighter — a little more white, a little bit more mirrored, a little more polished in its presentation style.
For my money, two days apart, going to Noma, going to Geranium, I would go to Geranium again over Noma. It was a more complete culinary experience.
